Fitness for Life Mexico sold us a whole gym’s…

Fitness for Life / Lifecycle Mexico sold us a whole gym’s set of equipment in August 2025. After two months of not hearing anything from them, they “installed” one of the machines. They simply left it there, not working, and has been sitting idle for three months, despite our calls to get it correctly installed. We have complained to Lifefitness Mexico about the remaining equipment, and their response since October is “I am not in the office” (this from their head of Customer Service). It is impossible to talk to them or to get an update on the remaining equipment. I understand it comes from the USA, however the least they could do is get back to us. We paid for 5 machines in August, yet they do not even respond to our messages. They do have great machines, but I strongly suggest not to buy from them in Mexico.

Dangerous products!!

Dangerous products!!Speed stall error led to fysical damage The treadmill launched me in full speed against a wall, serious damage to my right shoulder! Company sends their mechanic claiming the treadmill was used 8 hours and tells if this wouldnt work the tread should be replaced. The speed sensor repair didnt work, internet shows the brushes in the motor are faulty and need to be replaced. Life company denies responsibility for the faulty motor, refuses to replace the brushes i bought. Later i found out there is a 7 year garantee on the motor, but Life refuses. They sell JUNK and dont care about peoples safety or guarantees.

Purchased the Life Fitness LCGX…

UPDATE:After MANY months of going back and forth, jumping through hoops Lifecycle finally did the right thing and replaced my bike. My model was no longer available so it was replaced with a current model. It is super nice and I appreciate the upgrade. There are a few really representatives that I worked with that truly understand the value of customer service. It was these people that made me not continue down the path of my social media campaign of awareness. Lifecycle, thank you for doing the right thing!Purchased the Life Fitness LCGX exercise bike for $1784.84 and began having issues with it. January 12, 2021 I called tech support and they sent a tech to my home for $110. The tech arrived to find the bearing had been damaged during installation as if who ever was installing bearings for the spindle severely dented the bearing cover in turn impacting the bearing track. The rear belt tensioner was making a grinding sound. He also found a manual stuck the rear cover that was interfering with the wheel tension assembly that when removed caused that mechanism to not work smoothly and began making a noise when released. Then as he looked closer he noticed it appeared as though the frame was bent. Needless to say he was unable to repair. The tech came back a second time with replacement bearings for the spindle / crank mechanism and belt tensioner. In the process of trying to replace the belt tensioner bearing he stripped out the bolt and was unable to repair (still stripped). He went back and communicated his findings to the next level up. I was included on his correspondence that shows his findings. I was told it would be a couple of days and haven't heard anything except we are looking into it. As of 05 March and was told the same thing with no anticipated disposition. If it weren't for lack of customer service / support I would recommend this bike as I feel I just received a "lemon". I am happy to alter this review if someone will provide a final disposition and repair / replacement immediately.
