Had an issue with a product which then ran out of stock where i originally purchased it, so i approached JJ feeling frustrated and despondent, which was the right thing to do as Annalise quickly picked up the issue and guided me through next steps with kindness and professionalism. These were are first products from JJ to which we then purchased more, and Annalise would get 5 stars personally, just at 4 for the overall experience of needing to reach out as the retailer experience was a bit flat. Annalise more than made up for it and has recieved a rounding "excellent example of customer service" from our household and family. We have had the issue resolved (hopefully long term) very speedily with brilliant communication.
Excellent product - delivered in timely fashion - and when I had a problem - this was resolved above and beyond my expectations by customer support in 24 hrs! Go JJ! ;)
After receiving a faulty Joseph Joseph salt and pepper mill set as a birthday gift, I contacted Joseph Joseph on 22nd February and (despite the mills having been purchased from Amazon as they were sold out on the Joseph Joseph website), the customer service I received from Annalise at Joseph Joseph was exceptional. I received the replacement mills on 25th February which is simply amazing. Annalise was professional, courteous and efficient throughout. What a refreshing change to be able to write such a positive review. Keep up the good work Annalise!
I bought a knife set and unfortunately the magnet came out of the knife holder. I contacted customer service and Elizabeth was very helpful and arranged a replacement immediately. Thank you for your assistance in resolving my issue so efficiently.
Great products, easy to handle and well designed. Fantastic follow-up of an order and customer service by Joy. I would have happily given 5 stars if I could have bought the top of the small container that I lost (but that was not with Joy). Anyway it does not change the fact that I go back to JosephJoseph for their smart and design bins and will try soon the other products!!
Scoring highly for the customer support received esp Kokila who resolved my query very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Had issues with one product quality but this is an exception vs previous experience with Joseph Joseph products.
You can always tell the measure of a company based on their customer services and Joseph Joseph have been fantastic, quick responses and a great resolution. Five stars to Cindy 😊

I’ve always loved Joseph Joseph designs, so I was disappointed when my drying rack started to rust. After some back-and-forth regarding the warranty period, the team (specifically Annalise) went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They provided a replacement unit to restore my confidence in the brand. It’s rare to find companies that still value long-term customer loyalty.
The experience that I had with Joseph Joseph since buying there products has been superlative. There’s no one that can compare to the customer experience that Joseph Joseph provides. They are attentive in problem solving & providing you with the best product on the market.I continue to support there products & by word of mouth I hope many more will join the Joseph Joseph revolution.
We bought a set of folding kitchen scales 18 months ago. A problem arose with the scales and I contacted JJ to ask if they could help. They were excellent and sent a new set out straight away, it was so easy.

Truly terrible customer service for what is supposed to be a high end brand, shocking first time customer to the site ordered 3 baking trays no email receipt or conformation or phone number, chased the order with online form 3 day later no response did this again only to find out they wanted my detail that i already had given on the first contact form, they still have not take payment from my PayPal account 5 days on AVOID these clowns!!!!
Amazing help from Mariela. Came back to me straight away following my email, with all the answers and what to do next. So happy that we have Joseph Joseph items in our house knowing we will be looked after if anything goes wrong. Highly recommend them.
I bought five items in December and needed to return two as they were the wrong size. I filled in a refund form and never got the QRCode for it. I contacted Customer Service a couple of times before Xmas and eventually at the end of January they got back to me. Kokila was super efficient and organised a DPD collection for the two items. Once collected, I was sent a refund. It took forever, but it happened. Thanks.
I had an issue with a product, and I got it replaced in no time. Joy was not only very efficient, but at the same time very friendly and helpful. Thank you, I will most certainly buy again from JosephJoseph
The IW2 compostable bin liners are not fit for purpose. To say they are fragile is an understatement. They split even when being removed from their wrapping, before they have been used. If they survive long enough to be used for kitchen food waste they invariably split when being taken out of the caddy for disposal, and spill the food waste contents over the kitchen floor.
Total mess up my DPD again. Promptly resolved by JJ customer service who got a replacement sent ASAP. Grateful to them. Just wish the courier service was better.
