Kamvas Studio 16 Battery Failure
Less than 10 months after purchasing the device, the battery was not functioning for more than a few minutes, despite showing full charge. Following the manual, I attempted to recondition the battery, but that did not work, so I simply used it while plugged in. I contacted Huion support about the issue a little over 5 months later, and after requesting lots of pointless diagnostic feedback, they tell me they are unwilling to help due to the device now being out of warranty. While this is strictly true, the failure occurred during warranty, and I did not want to bother the company about something that may resolve on its own. They have since refused to do anything to refurbish or refund my device. Don't be like me. The second you have an issue, no matter how minor, contact support so it is on record. I will not be purchasing another huion device in the future, and I cannot speak positively about the quality of their product, customer service, or company ethics. Honestly, I didn't expect much support since it was outside the warranty window, but they were not willing to work with me at all, unless I were to purchase a NEW device of course... $1500 down the drain unless I can get a new battery for this thing. It's even more frustrating because the issue would probably cost about $100 overall to fix, accounting for shipping and a new battery.

COMPANY Provided defected tablet and after submitting defect related video and information they did not replaced it , they did not send some who can do troubleshooting live and they did not give me my money back.This 2000 rs Tablet is just useless and waste of money for me

MY tablet had a hardware issue (kamvas slate 11) where it stopped reacting to touch and pen. I was really worried as I had only just gotten the tablet 3 months prior- but when I reached out they helped me quickly and kindly :) you only pay shipping to have the tablet replaced and it arrived within a few days. The customer support person i was with was very kind and I could tell they genuinely cared and read what I wrote. Very sweet company :)*edited for Grammer and spelling

I never receive my item after 2 months. I tried several times to communicate with Huion and they did not respond. They did send an email when I left a bad review but my reply was never responded to.

The customer service is amazing at Huion! Our digital pen had stopped working and we only had it for a month. I reached out to Huion and worked with Orliza to see if they could help. I sent a video showing my issue and they saw that it wasn't working properly so they sent me a replacement pen. But I never received the pen even though it said that it was delivered. I let Orliza know that I didn't receive my pen and that I reported it as missing to my postal service. I waited a few weeks to see if it would miraculously show up at my door. It never came. The package was truly lost. I let Orliza know and she said that they would send me another replacement pen if I would just pay the shipping this time. I felt that this was incredibly kind as it was not their fault that the package was lost. I paid the shipping and they sent out the package promptly. This time I received the package and I was very happy with how I was treated and accommodated. Thank you Orliza and Huion for your great customer service!

No package, no response.
By now its 7 work days without a single update from my package. When I ordered my package I ordered it with expedited shipping which means it should arrive between 3-7 WORK days. Sadly I didn't receive further updates outside of 'Payment Succes' the day I ordered it.This wouldn't have been an issue if the site told me at the time of ordering the Display tablet was out of stock, which I assume is the issue.I tried contacting Customer Service, and in my surprise my message has been unread for 3 days.It's understandable that the first day I wouldn't get a response since this was a day in the weekend.But it's outrageous I don't get the least of a response when my package hasn't even been sent yet, or at least a mail to me that says anything about a delay/ stock issue.Canceling is another hassle, since customer service doesn't respond there's also no way to change my mind about the order, since this has to be done via e-mail.I just really hope i get help here, or receive my package in the next day... But I doubt that is going to happen.

Pen and keydail mini not working during Christmas break,
It took a few times going back and forward to fix the issue I was having but it also wasnt the easiest thing to fix (I had a problem with my driver where my mini keydail wouldnt let me use its customiseable buttons and have my pen work at the same time... like I said very tricky) AND this was happening during Christmas break! I feel so bad having to ask for help during this period but they responded quickly and helped me until my problem was solved :) very much satisfied by the service.
