Induction hob stopped working. Rang Haier and the part required to fix the hob isn’t even made or available! They said I needed to buy a whole new one (for a small power board). How ridiculous! Most upset.

Coustmer service Ekdam bekar hai. I purchase haier refrigerator.52,000 thausand ka With 2. Year warranty. Freeze ke conduction me kuch lickge tha. To ab company wale bol rahe hai. 40% depisation kat ke apko naya freeze denge. Aur uper se apko 60 % dena padega our vo bhi company ki prize ke uper. To phir warranty ka kya matlab hai. Aur repairing ke liye bhi tagda rupees charge kar rahe hai.
I ordered the haier dishwasher waited a week for delivery then when it was delivered was damaged in 2 places. The delivery driver took it back. I tried to contact haier they have no phone number if you buy online. Got a text to say that they do not send replacements I would have to wait until they received the goods back & then re-order then they would refund me.Their customer service is disgraceful never again would I order directly from them. Also to add I haven’t been given my refund yet😡😡
DO NOT EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are appalling, our fridge freezer broke down just out of warranty, we contacted the "out of warranty" team with great difficulty and then paid £160 up front for a repair. An engineer attended for about 2 mins, announced that a part was needed that he didn't have in stock and then left. We heard nothing for weeks and then after chasing up and spending hours on the phone waiting, we were eventually told that they had no engineering coverage to provide a repair in our area - Glasgow!!. 3 months later, they have refused to refund our money, despite clearly being in breach of contract by the terms of the consumer protection act. Emails are ignored, no replies or acknowledgements. When we eventually do get through to customer services on the phone they promise to "escalate" and get back and then we hear nothing. Their behaviour is appalling and possibly criminal!
3 Stars only because there is no light behind the function dials. It is extremely difficult to see the different functions. If there was lightiung behind the pictures of the functions it would have been a 5+ star rating.
Horrendous experience! Don't put you through to anyone and don't reply to what's app messages. Has caused me a nervous breakdown
I purchased a Haier heat pump tumble dryer paid just over £500 for it purchased it nov 23 guess what it’s packed up just over two years later call customer support total joke absolutely rip off got two options 1st one pay £160 one of fix engineer comes out fixed it if not fixable you get £80 back even tho it says 10 years parts warranty 2nd option 12 months plan which will cost £240 covers you for break downs and repairs may as well buy a new tumble dryer stay away from Haier hasn’t even lasted 12 months as it’s not used for half the year customer services absolutely disgusting people keep your money don’t buy this brand

Hair is the worst company for solving customers problems. I purchased Bottom Freezer Refrigerator, and It was my biggest mistake of life to buy a fridge of Haier Company. The Hair company is a completely misleading company. I didn't get any help from this company. My experience was pathetic and I have decided not to buy anything from Haier company in the future. It deserves zero star actually.Please don't buy any Hair company product. It's a complete waste of money.
I attempted to call their customer services to ask about installation for one of their fridge freezers, I was thinking about purchasing. I was greeted by a chatbot who was useless, to put it mildly & which “refused” to put me through to a human. After an hour l admitted defeat & needless to say I will NEVER buy a Haier product!!!
Very disappointed with Haier service.My washing machine has a clear issue of not removing dirt from clothes. Complaint was raised within the warranty period and within the first month of usage.Over 1.5 months, tickets were rescheduled 4 times, technicians visited 3 times, and each time a different explanation was given — detergent, water issue, video proof.Even after providing video evidence, the service team keeps closing tickets as “No issue found”.This is extremely frustrating for a new product used for barely one month. I have an older washing machine that performs much better.Instead of resolving the problem, Haier is simply denying it. This is poor service and unacceptable customer handling. I am still waiting for replacement or refund.Don’t have any option To attached videos of how washing machine is removing dirt other wise I would have attached same
Fridge freezer door seals. We have tried looking everywhere online to find door seals for our particular model. There is no help available from the company. I will definitely not buy anymore Haier products ever again due to the lack of backup service and parts availability
I wish I'd read there reviews before buying my dishwasher! Bought the Haier I-Pro Shine 6XS a year ago and it's possibly the worst white goods purchase I've ever made (I'm 65). Firstly the customer service is atrocious. The app didn't recognise my model number so I couldn't connect my appliance to the app, sign up for the extended warranty, or turn on the remote control function. After several calls and emails customer services assisted in the connection and remote control but kept telling me they'd get back to me on the extended warranty, they never did and after dozens of calls, they finally told me i was out of time for signing up to the extended warranty!The dishwasher doesn't clean properly, unless on the hottest power wash cycles, so negates the reason I bought it in the first place (eco/low energy) and doesn't rinse properly. The 20 minute quick wash doesn't even dissolve the detergent podsNow after just 13 months, the pump is giving up and I'm waiting for the engineer to come out. Absolute piece of crap.
Service was amazing. We bought AC and it's working well so far! It's only been few days since we have it!!so far it's good!
If I could give this company no stars they I would have - avoid buying anything from them at all costs. I bought a brand new Haier gas hob which was dangerous and leaking gas from one of the ignition buttons. I had to call a gas safe engineer myself to isolate and I am still waiting for them to come to check and remove the appliance. I am now a week and a half with no cooking facilities. The engineer cancelled the appointment at 4pm the day before due saying he/she was ill but no one else could attend and appointment pushed back. Shocking company with very poor quality appliances. I will never buy a Haier appliance again
spent £500 on electronics. My parcels where left outside and stolen. It was marked as delivered to garage. Sent proof the image was outside and not left in my garage. Haier just started ignoring my e-mails after stating it was delivered. Lost my money and never received items.

I Purchased 58 inch Tv around 3 years back, within 1 Year, display started giving trouble by lines, called the customer care, they replaced, after few months again the same problem, now the warranty has expired so I have to buy a new display, I have a Side by Side Fridge 3 years old also has issue, Guys if you are planning to buy Haier products then think 100 times, better pay little more and buy a top Brand. I will never recommend Haier. its Bull Shit
Poor build quality, & awful company policy.Bought a £830 washing machine (HWD100-B14979SUK) on April 23 - it's broken down twice since then. First, the display, then the heating element. Parts are covered by their 10-year warranty, but only if you use their engineers which come with a call-out costs of £160 versus using one of their approved engineers at £97. Parts warrently is invalid unless you use their more expensive engineers so you are forced to have to overpay by approx 70% of what it should cost to replace the heating element for labour. I also needed to rebook the appointment, so I followed the link which they text you, this sends you to a WhatsApp bot. That system is useless and provides the wrong telephone number to contact after saying it can't help you.I will never purchase another electrical item from Haier in my lifetime, and I am leaving this review in the hope of saving someone else from making a poor decision in the future.
