GEOX as a brand it has good quality products, but they will do all in their power to refuse returns/refunds! Be careful and only purchase from their online store if you are 100% that you will not need to return your goods.

Terribly stiff boots

Terribly stiff boots, impossible to wear let alone walk in them. The heel is made of a hard cardboard or so it feels and sole is plastic so it won't flex, l have to return them. Shame as they look so good.

Faulty product and a nightmare returns process

Extremely disappointed. Bought a jacket for £195 (RRP £270), only to find a manufacturing defect where the drawstring is unevenly sewn in. Geox Head Office acknowledged the fault but refused a postal return, forcing me into the store it was purchased from (over an hour away from me). Despite being within my 30-day legal window to reject faulty goods, the store manager refused the refund.​It seems there is a batch issue with their drawstrings, yet they are refusing to honor the Consumer Rights Act. I’ve been offered a measly £40 coupon instead of the full refund I am legally owed. Upon reading reviews it seems I am not alone with experiencing their terrible customer service. Genuinely surprised as I have other Geox products and thought they were a decent reputable company. This experience has really tainted my view of the brand.TLDR; Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere if you care about quality or your consumer rights - their 'breathe' technology isn't worth the customer service headache.

⭐️ 1 Star – Poor Customer Service & Refund Refusal

I am leaving this review following a very disappointing experience at the Geox store in Westfield London (White City). I bought shoes for £109.90 and exchanged them but was not given a new receipt. Later, my wife returned to request a refund with proof of payment but was refused due to the store’s own error. The staff refused to provide their name and behaved dismissively while laughing during the interaction with our two young children. I have escalated this matter to head office who already have my details and can contact me.

In all the geox boots I have ever had…

In all the geox boots I have ever had the soles have disintegrated in a few months. The rest of the boot is fine but you basically have no alternative than to throw it out. Timpsons took one look and said no, unsalvagable. Very wasteful. Surprised this company is still in business.

Spent a lot of money on multiple pairs…

Bought multiple pairs of shoes which I later found were coming all the way from Italy (not ideal for returns). Waited in all day only for them to deliver to the wrong address. I was informed it might take days to get redeliver. Wont be in a hurry to order again. I’ve cancelled my order. Update: After stating on the phone they will refund me they went against this and sent an email saying the refund will be dependent on the return of the items from the courier. My refund is being made contingent on items I never received . Do not order from this company if you do not want your time and your money wasted. The service experience is hugely inconsistent.Further update. Money still not received. Multiples calls and emails. Very disappointing.

Scammers! Customer service is unhelpful. I paid for shoes for my daughter with express delivery. No shoes, no money! I do not recommend.

I have ordered 3 pairs of Geox'shoes…

I have ordered 3 pairs of Geox'shoes online on the 21st of January 2026 and it stated 3 to 5 working days, I am still waiting for the delivery, when I called the customer service, every day they are telling me that the shoes are going to be delivered the same day, I am really upset as it was a present for my family's member. I should have come here to read the review before ordering.

GEOX Synthetic shoe soles disintegrate

I bought two pairs of Geox shoes, the soles have disintegrated. This is because they are made of plastic/synthetic materials rather than the natural long lasting rubber. The use of these synthetic materials is not only a financial loss for customers, but a threat to the environment that is already awash in plastic. I am not aware of GEOX having a program to recycle nor properly discard these short lived shoes.

Geox in Oxford street today had a surprisingly poor customer service. Not just I had to wait over 20 mins to try a pair of shoes for my son, but their behaviour was rude and dimissive. Not the quality of the service I have been seeing around the world at Geox shops

Please do not order online- the returns…

Please do not order online- the returns process is labyrinthine and impenetrable. I’m still trying to return a parcel, despite having contacted customer services twice. The instructions say I need to attach an invoice that I definitely don’t have- customer services just blithely tell me that I do have it. Truly awful- have never had these issues with any other retailer

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.Their phone number to reach customer service doesn't work in the UK.They use UPS to ship but you get redirected to the UPS - USA website, so you cannot actually do anything if you have any issue with the courier.They forgot to put my apartment number on the delivery information for UPS and the item was stuck 3 days with failed delivery and no way to contact ups.To arrange also return of the item, I had to contact their customer service as you get redirected again to UPS USA to arrange collection, but unless you live in USA you cannot add your UK address.Last time I will order via geox uk.

Extremely poor quality of items and…

Extremely poor quality of items and customer service after purchasing numerous pairs of shoes from Geox.com. I had sent multiple pictures showing that the leather was peeling off in various places on one pair I had recently purchased, which was still within the allocated returns timeframe. They refused accountability and said it was due to accidental use. What does that even mean? Product quality is definitely not worth the price tags they are charging, and there is a reason they have such poor reviews.

Avoid ordering online . Dreadful returns process.

I looked at some GEOX merchandise at their store on Oxford st London and decided to order some boots and a jacket on return home to another area of the uk .The items were delivered fairly quickly . Decided to return a pair of boots as ordered 2 pairs for sizing and a jacket The sizing on their jacket is way out. I’m a small /36 in everything I own . Their size 36 is more like a 40 and is huge.Returning items whilst being free through UPS is a nightmare . GEOX website directs you to UPS America to find a location to return despite being in the UK.When you eventually find a local store you need to print off reams of paperwork , some goes in the box others on the outside some elsewhere . The whole process is overly complicated , unnecessary and I’m sure is designed to prevent anyone returning anything . As the UK is now outside the EU (their excuse) it needs multiple copies of paperwork apparently ? I would never purchase anything again from GEOX online it’s not worth the stress in returning . I’ve returned my items over a week ago and still not had any confirmation from either UPS or GEOX that they are on the way back for a refund , something standard withMost companies . Whilst the quality of the items appears good sizing is dreadful, along with the complexity of returns I would definitely avoid.

Worst experience ever

Hello,I've had the worst customer care experience in my life with Geox Jordan. I ordered a shoes online, and it's not like the picture. They made me go to the store 4 times and till today I didn't receive a voucher back (after 2 weeks) neither I received a refund.That's the worst experience ever!!!I can't believe how a known brand can be that disrespectful and not honest and provide such a bad experience to their customers

Terrible quality shoes and even worse…

Poor quality shoes and even worse customer service. I recently purchased (September 2025) multiple pairs of suede and leather slingbacks. One of the pairs which have only worn twice has started to peel in multiple places. I have taken pictures and sent them to the company, they advised after the photos had been quality assessed that the issues was due to wear and tear and they refused any resolution.

The most uncomfortable expensive shoes I've ever worn in my life.

GEOX Nebula™ + Grip ABX Man are the most uncomfortable pricy shoes I've ever worn in my life! Walking in them is so unnatural and painful that I can't wait to take them off. The pain in my heels and the cramps in my soles after taking them off are indescribable. That's not walking on clouds! That's foot rape! Never again!

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVISE WITH INCORRECT PRICING ON ITEMS at London High street Kensington branch. Very frustrating plus waisted time. Definitely staff need some extra training and improvement in customer service. Many unhappy customers which affect reputation of the brand
