I was at the pharmacy yesterday and the…
I was at the pharmacy yesterday and the line was long it was only one register working the female back there was doing her best to help everyone and the Asian lady was helping some one at the window. Not one time did the pharmacist come and help the ladys but she was very rude to one customer who was standing at the consultation table. Then when the girl finally got to me she said I had an dui lol but it wasn’t true I had to wait for that unprofessional pharmacist to say to me any questions about the meds no I don’t and she walked away and started yelling at the tech who was helping me fill my meds which was unprofessional and unprovoked. The lady started to say who you talking but she didn’t and got her stuff and walked out which I said was good for the other rude person but to do that in front of customers to belittle anyone is wrong and I didn’t like that. I asked for her name so I can do a review and she said it was penny or Jenny I’m old and hard of hearing it just had to say that. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and nice to me and my wife I like the lady with the blonde short she is sweet and helpful but that other one needs to learn how to speak

They need to eliminate this Ai phone system and allow people to speak with the Pharmacy. Endless runaround with no help. This is not customer service. This is how you lose customers.

Where's my order
I ordered over the counter supplements through my Medicare provider. 8 days later they don't show that UPS has even picked it up. I called customer service and they told me that it has to be over 14 days before I can make a claim. Really?!?! My last provider went through Amazon and my order was at my door in 3 or 4 days. Wouldn't recommend CVS to anyone.

Caremark provides misinfo to refuse outside pharmacy from filling scripts
I've witnessed Caremark provide misinfo for my Walgreens to provide as explanation for why prescriptions are denied. Following is a sample of false responses: "Refills not approved by doctor," "90 day refills not approved by doctor," "Prescription was for a 50 day supply," etc. All statements false. I spoke with doc & did not deny any refills, 30 or 90 day. I personally witnessed script Caremark claimed was written for 50 days & it was clearly noted as 30 day. Each bizarre claim cause excessive time: contact Walgreens to ask what they are told & check with doctor & follow up with Caremark. I have to do this with most scripts, regardless if maintenance med.12/23, Caremark DirectMail claim shipped med, but did request or receive it. I was waiting for new year, 2024, to use Walgreens again. After attempting to 1st fill this year at Walgreens, CVS Caremark denied, stating too soon for a refill. When follow up, discovered they claimed to have sent the medication & explained it was not requested or received, and my supply of this medication, for lowering blood pressure, was depleted. I requested a refund & updated status, so that I could refill script. I follow-up with Caremark again, because again they denied refill. This is when I first heard of the 3 maintenance refills, as forever, not merely each year. With this new information, I ask CVS Caremark how to obtain my meds thru Walgreens. Supervisor explains, request a "medical necessity" from my doc, for all meds & once approved would allow return to my pharmacy. I asked 2 doc's & their office immediately prepared a medical necessity letter to CVS Caremark. I follow-up & Rep told me that form would be denied, no exception. 1st Rep advised medical necessity to be accepted is after Prior Authorization have been issued and denied. A medical necessity form is the appeal for that issue. Next Rep, another Supervisor, elaborated that Medical Necessity form would only be considered if it stated "Why 30-day supply is medically necessary," & no other issue considered. She noted that no other issues should be listed form, as that would launch an investigation & no resolution before that concluded. I asked doc for another medical necessity form with the "why 30-day" detail & they sent it to CVS Caremark. Meanwhile, I was without blood pressure &anti-depressant meds, for weeks. Caremark continues to be a detriment to my physical and mental health. The 'local' CVS, made a mistake every time. They've provided inaccurate price (quoted $25, then charged $70); inaccurate quantities (gave 1 month & claimed it was 3 months); they've initiated auto-refills (even though repeatedly told them not to); contacted with a status of 'ready to pick-up," & when arrive, nothing is ready. Their consistently poor service is as sickening as PBM's being allowed to continue to take advantage of us.

DISCRIMINATION AT CVS BY PHARMACIST
Your supervisor at the CVS in lacey nj, Mr (and I use that term VERY loosely) Richard Ciubinski Jr is disrespectful and a danger to patients. I went today and was refused my medication. Refused. I was not given the option to purchase, they outright refused to service me after I inquired why I was receiving false text message information regarding my refill. He was so exasperated when asked to speak to me, slamming his hands on the counter. He even threw my phone back at me, again with with no answers. I'm disabled, the medication in question is dangerous if stopped immediately. Withdrawal and seizures are some of the side effects if its stopped. And I was told they refused to give me my script and service me. I had to CALL THE POLICE to get him to SELL me my medication. Which is illegal. When the police inquired on my behalf to obtain a corporate number to call and make a complaint the store manager gave them an incorrect number. Twice. Still refusing to give an appropriate cooperate number. The ADA parallels the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If the patient is disabled, as determined by coverage under Social Security, Medicare, or private disability insurance, that patient is covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADAI will be speaking to a lawyer accordingly as my rights have been violated. I truly hope in the meantime that you do better CVS.

Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service for their online department. First time I called the customer care representative pretended to be helping me out then left me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. The second time I called, I could not understand the representative at all, after a few times, asking to please speak more clearly or go into a different area because it was extremely loud, he told me he could not help me. A very disappointed with CVS and will be canceling my account with them.

I do NOT recommend buying CVS gift…
I do NOT recommend buying CVS gift cards. In my experience, many of the gift cards simply did not work when trying to use them. Instead of a smooth transaction, it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth process. When contacting customer service to resolve the issue and request a refund, I was told it could take up to two weeks to get the money back. For something that is supposed to be convenient and easy, this creates unnecessary stress and delays. A gift card should work immediately and reliably. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing CVS gift cards.

Heart medication
On February 22, I ordered for six prescriptions online after consideration I cancel that order the next morning. I tried to refill that order by calling CVS and talking to a pharmacist the order has not been canceled on my checking account and they continue to refuse to say they have not got the money and refused to send my prescriptions out. I have done prescription business with CVS for years, the quality at Russellville, Arkansas is horrible. I have talked to rudest woman. I have a heart condition who I cannot seem to get medication for and therefore I’m amazed at how many people would even put up with CBS I will never go there again. I’ve been out of the hospital after three months with no medication.

CVS pharmacy have people working there…
CVS pharmacy have people working there and the lady that works there morning that’s tall and has blonde hair is so unprofessional and she needs to be fired. I hate to say this but she don’t like black people. I will be switching pharmacy soon as possible. When she is not there you get your medication on time. If she don’t like blacks she doesn’t need to work there. I am so sick and tired of this. She works at the one that’s on Mira Mesa Boulevard and corporate needs to do something about it. I refused to deal with someone don’t like black people. She makes her own rules like she owns the pharmacy. If you are black I advise you to go someone else.

Negative
Negative — O stars the big fat zero Pharmacy does not know their job after waiting 30 min for meds the on duty Pharmacist A . Diibbert wants me to wait another hour or so for her to bill the proper insurance with a known fact she has all the paperwork and information to do it now. The check out clerk asked me to many questions that could be a possible violation of hippo law. Find another pharmacy. The fact is I was there just few days ago and that pharmacist knew how to bill correctly in less than (5) minutes .
