I work in Cvent daily, and it’s genuinely easy to use. The platform is intuitive, well-organised, and makes managing events way more efficient without a steep learning curve. What really stands out is their customer support anytime I have questions about features or need help troubleshooting, the support team is fast, knowledgeable, and actually helpful. We use Cvent event management for our user conference. It does everything we need for a successful event- registrations - we have multiple attendee types, permissions, and pricing - badge printing - the OnArrival badge printing ensures a high quality checkin process- speakers - all of our speaker bios are seamless handled - meetings - so many meetings, so many rooms, so not a problem- sessions - capacities, visibility, waitlist, surveys, - event app - available on as an app or HTML5 - it has everything an attendee needs.Cvent event management is essential for anyone hosting events.

Feature rich platform that allows you to brand and customise your online event experience. Easy to use, great onboarding team and a slick experience for delegates. The ability to fully customise the event registration experience and then pulling that information through to the in-person app and the onsite registration experience means we can quickly understand what our customers are interested in, who registered and who ultimately attended so we can report quickly on success and areas for improvement.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I was charged for the remainder of a contract even though I never used the software as it was not a good user experience and the customer service throughout the process was poor and unhelpful.What makes this worse is that I had an email confirming that my subscription would not renew, yet they said that i was going to renew without a signed agreement from both parties. Before sending my last payment for a service I did not use and did not find valuable, I requested written confirmation that they will not attempt to renew or charge me again. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with extreme caution and use an ethical company.

From the speaker resource center to tracking data from conference registration, the full-service capabilities have streamlined the process from start to finish. Our attendees always share how impressed they were with the Attendee Hub and Conference Mobile App. The easy-to-use platforms encourage networking and participation before, during and after the event. While we encountered integration issues with our platform, the Cvent team has supported us in finding alternative routes to achieve our goals.

Top Tech Event Management Platform

The technology keeps moving forward and the product gives you great tools to deliver events and fit your needs. The experience with Cvent has been great, our account manager is great and always listen to our pain points and helps us navigate solutions, alternatives and submit suggestions which many times move forward, The system can get a little complex but they do many certifications and training courses which are great!

Highly recommend Cvent

Cvent is an invaluable tool! I work off templates, which makes my job easy, with a great flow for fast completion of event builds. I can easily update the templates as needed, too. When I need help with something I haven't done before or to troubleshoot an issue, I can count on immediate and accurate assistance anytime I need it from Cvent customer service. They are very helpful and professional!!

Don't waste your budget on this platform

Cvent has been extremely frustrating to work with. The platform is overly complicated, with too many unnecessary steps for even the simplest tasks. It’s slow, clunky, and often times out, forcing you to redo the same actions multiple times. The integrations are unreliable , data frequently doesn’t sync correctly, leading to discrepancies that require manual fixes. On top of that, the user experience feels outdated and unintuitive, making everyday use a constant struggle. For the price and effort required, the value just isn’t there. Also, can't forget to mention the support and the escalation teams lack the knowledge and expertise.
