Don’t shop with Coach

I would strongly advise against shopping with Coach based on my recent experience. I ordered a purse as a Christmas gift and when the parcel arrived, it contained nothing but the receipt- the actual item was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and they were quick to suggest it was the delivery company’s fault. The communication that followed was extremely poor- I struggled to get responses and when I did they were dismissive and unhelpful. After submitting a formal complaint, I was told they could not offer a refund, despite the fact that I never received the item I paid for. As a loyal customer, this is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I had to reorder the purse- When the second one arrived, I compared both parcels, the original package that was supposedly missing the purse and the box the purse actually came in. It was obvious that a purse could not have fit inside the first package. This clearly shows there was an issue, yet my concerns were dismissed.

Shithouse customer service for expensive shit (AUS)

Terrible customer service. Handling time is embarrassing for the amount of money I spent. Luxury brand but can’t provide good service. Probly would have spent thousands more if the service was better. Website also dodgy saying my funds wouldn’t be taken till it was shipped but they were taken and not shipped for days. 2 calls and nothing can be done. Absolute joke

Love the quality of the bag ,delivery great . My only negative was because I ordered on line I did not think it would have a security tag ,but it had one which caused me embarrassment when going in shops until.i realised

Brilliant Quality

Awful packaging

I had expected to receive my bag in a lot more protective packaging than it came in. It was received with the box half ripped open at the top with only the dust bag to protect it on the inside. I’d have expected a little bit more care and a luxury experience with the packaging when buying something quite expensive. Very disappointed.

Return Acknowledged, Refund Withheld

I returned my item using Coach’s official returns process, and Royal Mail confirms delivery on 28 January.On the same day, I received an email from Coach titled “We received your Coach return,” confirming that my return had been delivered and that my refund would be processed within 10 business days.It is now 21 February, 24 days later, and I still have not received my refund.After providing proof of postage and delivery confirmation, I have now been told:“As we have not received the item back at our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund or accept any claim.”This directly contradicts the earlier written confirmation that my return had been received.Looking through recent reviews, I can see multiple customers reporting similar issues: returns delivered, confirmed, and then refunds delayed or placed “under investigation.”For a premium brand, this level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.I am now left with no option but to escalate this matter further.
