I ordered CKin2u perfume and it smells just like want I imagined it to be, I cant stop using it for everyday use,i only gave a 3 stars bc apparently the smell doesn’t lasts for so long, I used to reapply every now and then, and it is such a hassle, It should last longer bc the price is not reasonable for it.

Incorrect item no refund
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Calvin Klein.I ordered a black lounge jogger set, but instead received a completely different item (a black and red pyjama set). After raising this with customer service, it took several months to receive a meaningful response. During that time, I no longer had the original packaging, which they later insisted was required to investigate further.Customer service eventually confirmed that the product images and description online were incorrect at the time of purchase and that all current stock matched the item I received. However, despite this, the only resolutions offered were: • Return the item for a full refund (which was no longer possible due to the delay), or • Keep the incorrect item for a 10% refund or promotional code.There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, the delay in handling the case, or the fact that the error originated from their side.The experience felt unnecessarily difficult and poorly handled for a brand of this reputation. I would expect clearer communication, faster resolution, and a fairer outcome when a product is not as described.Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering again.

Stil waiting delivery
I bought a few items from Calvin Klein. I've been waiting for the delivery for a week. I reported the situation to customer service, but no one has responded. I'm still waiting for the delivery. I don't understand why such a global company has such a shoddy delivery network. I can't even see where the delivery is. Customer service is zero. Customer satisfaction is zero. Even deliveries for cheap products aren't this delayed.

Calvin Klein has a very poor delivery service in Germany. Twice they failed to deliver my item to the designated location and returned it to the sender, even though I have ordered and received a lot of items at that address.

Defective item, no refund
I received defective, damaged goods. Customer service shifted the responsibility onto me, telling me to contact the courier and claiming it was their responsibility. After a week without any response from the courier, I filed an official complaint with the store and attached photos of the damaged shoes, etc. The store is pretending they never received it and is asking me to contact them via online chat. The customer service is very disappointing.

Beluga puffer jacket
Bought a puffer. On the website colour stated was Beluga which in the pictures is a shade of brown. Received something that is in between grey and green. Nothing like the pictures. Ordered the jacket purely for the colour which turned out to be a disappointment. Tried contacting customer service which was a nightmare in itself. So bit the bullet and just kept the jacket to avoid anymore stress… will I order from this site again. I think not. Shame really…

Scamming company.. Very low quality, products, wrong sizes, defetive. Worlds worst customer service.
If I could rate this company with less than a star, I would definitely do it.. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping.. I feel completely scammed.. I have bought swimwear and underwear online, in the sizes I usually wear in Calvin, but when they arrived, they were clearly way smaller than what they usually are, compared to Calvin’s sizes, and moreover they don’t fit with their size chart.. Moreover, some of the underwear were sewn completely wrong and they were defective. Some of the packing also seemed suspicious, like it had been opened before.. I have tried to reach them in multiple ways, and multiple times, for almost a month now, but without a single answer.. soon my period of returning the items will expire, and I’m standing with products that I can’t use, due they are way too small and defective.. I feel completely scammed spending so much money on so low quality bad products and the world’s worst customer service… It’s completely scam! Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from here!

This company is a total nightmare
This company is a total nightmare. I have an order stuck on DHL for delivery for nearly 1 month, DHL says it doesn't have the address when Calvin Klein's own order emails show the correct address everywhere with 0 doubt. The customer service representative does exactly zero effort to solve the issue and tells me to contact DHL to change to the right address when in fact they already have it. DHL will only change delivery addresses with a subscription and this subscription, when trying to activate it, only works for US addresses (I'm in Portugal, Europe). This is by far the worst delivery nightmare and customer service I've ever seen. I even wonder if the whole thing is a straight scam.

Wow. I was coming on here to share my experience but it seems like this is the norm for them. They have delivered my used and stained underwear - I contacted their customer service almost two weeks ago and no response. Their live chat advises 3 days wait. Going to do a chargeback with my bank now

Address printed wrong
Bought some items in the sale. But due to the way Calvin Klein had printed my address on the label my items were unable to be delivered. My items were sent back to Calvin Klein and I am being refunded and now my items aren’t available!!

beyond bad..... i'm on week 4 of trying to return and order. Today i've been on hold for customer service for 40 minutes. No return label in shipping. This is essentially stealing. Joke.

Worst customer service I've experienced ever, I ordered a t-shirt, which I needed to return, the online returns system does not work and wont produce a returns label, and there's no-one or no-where that I can contact for help, the on-line chat had a 50day wait!!!!! there is no UK email address/customer service available, only a contact form to complete which sends with no confirmation, I've done this 3 times over a period of 4 weeks with no response! the only telephone number I can find is not UK based and no-one ever answers, so I'm actually worse off trying to resolve my issue as I'm being charged to sit in an never ending queue......complete waste of time and money.........please don't waste your money and stay well clear of Calvin Klein.

Disappointed with this experience. Communication was very slow, with long delays in replying to emails, and when I finally received a response, the issue was not resolved. The explanation given was unhelpful, and no effort was made to find a solution. Overall, poor customer service. I would not recommend using this site.

No delivery. Already a week late. The contact page now takes you to a page which has been removed from the web so you are no longer able to even query / ask for money back. If this was not Calvin Klein, you would assume it was a scam
