Another supposed "premium" brand with…

Another supposed "premium" brand with shocking behaviour.I ordered an item of clothing online (102102666) on Monday 9th February that claimed delivery will be 2-4 working days - I needed the item by Saturday 14th (Valentines) so assumed this would be OK. After the initial email confirming the order, by late afternoon on Thursday 12th, I still had not received any further info. I went onto their online chat who looked into this for me. Came back saying I would not receive the delivery tomorrow (Friday 13th) and that their delivery policy is 2-6 working days so still within that (if received early next week). I sent them a screen-shot of the order online where it stated delivery in 2-4 working days. After agreeing the information they gave was misleading, they could not confirm a delivery date at all. I asked if the item was actually in stock. I was told, yes it is in stock. I asked if I could collect. I was told that the item was not available in ANY of their stores within the UK, only at their Logistics centre. What on earth are you selling! Unfortunately, due to not being able to receive the item before Valentines Day, I asked to cancel my order. I was told that she will verify internally my request for cancellation and will contact me back as soon as possible as she receives feedback on the matter. So I waited.... only to be told due to prolonged inactivity this chat will now be closed. And with that, my chat disappeared with no forthcoming email with the transcript chat- lucky I took screen shots! You can not make this up! Disgraceful service - you should be ashamed!

Absolutely appalling, I paid £230 for a coat 1 month ago bought online, they said its delivered, its not, they wont provide proof of delivery which i know they dont have as not received. So basically stolen £230 from me

Fantastic brand and customer service.We have been buying from Armani for many years, it's always pleasant. We live in the UK, products are shipped from Italy. Delivery and returns have been smooth even after Brexit. And in recent years, it's gotten even better by making returns digital. We love the designs and the quality of most pieces is great.

wrong size giude on their website

I purchased 6 T-shirts, all marked as final sale items, and selected Medium size for all of them strictly based on the size guide provided on your website.According to your size guide, Medium corresponds to a chest measurement of 37.75–39.25 inches, which fits me well. However, the items I received are at least two sizes larger than expected. The actual chest measurement of the Medium T-shirts I received is 44 inches, which clearly does not match the size chart shown on their website.This is not a customer sizing error but a clear mismatch between the advertised size guide and the actual product measurements. Despite this, their customer support team has refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer a replacement with the correct size, which is very disappointing. the incorrect sizing is due to inaccurate product information on their website, Never ever i wll buy anything from Armani again.

Terrible quality and not even partial refund!

I bought a faux-leather motorcycle jacket from them and it is already flaking and getting destroyed. It's unconscionable that such a luxury brand as Armani sells an item that will not resist wearing it 20 times over 3 years (I live in Miami so limited opportunities). One can get better durability with a Temu jacket for $29.99 !!My Tesla's seats are made of the same PU leather and are still perfect after daily use for over twice that many years!And obviously they refused to da ANYTHING either in store or online, not even a gift card or discount!

As a loyal customer, I hold Armani to a high standard, given its reputation as a serious and respected brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience has fallen far below those expectations.I placed an order on December 1 and received it on December 4. At the time, I was traveling in Europe and have only just returned. Upon trying on the item, I realized it was too large (size XXL). When I attempted to initiate a return, I was assisted by a customer service agent named Israel. Regrettably, the interaction was highly unsatisfactory.Israel repeatedly insisted that the item was marked as "final sale." However, at the time of my purchase, there was no indication that the item was final sale, and my invoice contains no mention of such a policy. Despite my clear explanation, Israel continued to reiterate the same point without offering a resolution or escalating the matter. This rigid, impersonal approach felt dismissive and unprofessional.I am deeply disappointed by this experience, which does not reflect the quality or professionalism I expect from Armani. Given the lack of assistance, I feel compelled to share this experience through appropriate feedback channels. Furthermore, I must regrettably state that I will no longer be purchasing from Armani and will advise others to reconsider engaging with your brand.

Poor products, poor service

They put labels on their gloves which irritate your wrist. If you cut the two small attachment strings off, the entire glove wrist disintegrates. I showed them the gaping hole after less than two hours of use, and they said that I was liable. This dull response, given they first requested I send multiple photos of the hole, was quite tactless and unimpressive.

Worse customer service ever they didnt even dispatch my item and when u emailed them they replied “due to numerous messege reply will be delayed” i only sent the one messege!

I was bought Armani code perfume it has to be the worst perfume ever it is worse than the $5.00 Reject perfume I found out iit was $130 dollars my father in law who is NOT RICH purchased for me I cannot even use this putride product as a house deodorant please pass this on I am so angry that a company worth billions would sell such a discusting product I will NEVER BUY ANY Armani products ever again I intend to put this evaluation on every web site I can 😢😢😢

Horrible scammers ! I have ordered 6 items because they were on sale , I receive email that 2 items are not actually in stock , I call them straight to cancel my order and they said they can not cancel as is been shipped , asked them to provide tracking number but they do not have ! I said I did not want the order without the 2 items , MEANWHILE THE 2 ITEMS STILL SHOW THEY ARE IN STOCK , just to make people place orders on their website and then half of the order is not in stock actually , you pay £13 for delivery for only 2-3 shirts ! On the phone , Anastasiia from client service was disgusting , she claimed to give me a free shipping so I can order other items and when she was about to give me the code she acted like “hello ? I can not hear you “ , this happened TWICE over the phone ! What a scam ! There is no refund for the 2 items which are not in stock actually!

Shoes fell apart after only weeks

Bought shoes of this brand, and they literally fell apart after only weeks of use. Contacted the brand which took no responsibility for the defected product. Will not recommend this brand to anyone.

Ordered armarni code for husbands birthday .never recived .I had a message to review my order and when I told them I ordered for a present and not recived .I got a reply to say because my message didnt require the correct respond my message would not be published. So looks like the company wants you to lie .

❌ Beware ❌I ordered a perfume as a gift with a personalized engraving, and what I received was shocking. The engraving was tiny, the font was unattractive, and worst of all, the text was auto-capitalized without my consent.During the order, the system gives you no font choice, no size option, and no preview of how the final engraving will look. I typed the name as I wanted—but they changed it, and then claimed it “matched what I submitted.” How can you say that when I was never shown the final output?!I contacted support multiple times. They just repeated that it’s “standard procedure” and offered me a 10% discount on my next order—as if I’d ever trust the process again 🤣🤣Armani is supposed to stand for elegance and luxury. This experience was misleading, frustrating, and unacceptable.⚠️ If you're considering a personalized engraving from Armani—don’t. You're not getting what you expect, and they won’t fix it.

I paid 245 euros in Armani.fr to purchase two items. When I asked for the invoice, I was told that it could be downloaded from the website. Once I downloaded it, I realized it wasn’t a real invoice - it was just a purchase order without any invoice number. And when I asked customer service to issue an invoice, I was told, “No, we cannot issue you an invoice.” and all they could provide was an invoice, without the mandatory legal information required on an invoice, such as the invoice number, In violation of the legal requirements of EU Directive 2011/83 and Article L441-9 of the French Commercial Code.
